Green arrow next to some items
Sorry for the question, but can anyone tell me why a green arrow appears next to some items in the talent tab in conan exiles?

It means they are DLC content.

But will I be able to access the items? For many are not qualified? Even though I have a lot of talent points, I can't get qualified.

You have to get the DLC associated with those items to use/make them. If you are on a server with a clan in place you can get some of those items from others, but afaik you have to have the one that made them do repairs as you can't without the content enabled for you.
