Crash on startup, create process() returned 2

Tried multiple things, but the game wont even launch. Sends me straight to a bug report prompt. Tried opening from steam, and through shortcut. So I decided to try it from the .exe in the game files. Gave me this error, this mean anything to anyone? Its the only feedback I can get on why I cant even start this game. It used to run just fine, I have a really nice computer.

Have the same problem with my laptop but I do have the spec's to run it sometime I play for 1-5 and then a crash sometime it crash right on loading screen the sec it's load

Thats what mine does, it crashes instantly. Every time. I played this game a few months ago without a single hitch, and now I redownload and come back to it and I cant even start the game up period.

reinstalled the game completely, which took forever with my slow internet btw. Still nothing. Got the exact same thing. Im at my wits end. Two of my friends bought this game with me and its working fine for them, cant get it to work. Fix your crap game funcom!

Update, spent an entire other day working on fixing the problem. Still absolutely zero progress. Ive reinstalled AGAIN. Verified files multiple times, uninstalled geforce experience, rolled back and then updated windows updates. One thread led to a video saying I might be able to put -fullscreen in launch options for the game, didnt work. Another thread said maybe I was subscribed to a mod that was old that kept crashing the game, nope, dont use mods. Ive tried virtually everything that I can think of. To no avail. Im at my absolute wits end with this. At this point I feel id just want my money back considering I cant even play the game now anyway. But that cant happen because ive docked a lot of hours on it when I was playing several months ago. If anyone could have ANY advice that I have not specified, please, I beg you, run it by me. All I would like to do is play this game. Dont even care if it crashes a million times while playing, which it never has, just let me do something that lets me be able to at least open the game period!
