if you cook them they produce ichor
If the best rate you can have is 60 ichor/hour, it will take enormous time to make T3 base. Perharps the nerf was too strong and need to be reajusted
2 cook every piece of savory meat and forget about them.
3 Get putrid meat and put it in the manual press 10 meat = 1 Ichor
so while doing some spider runs i put a big bonfire somewhere near the end of my route (personaly it start at the Summoning Place and end near the Pirate Ship) around 12-15 spiders server is at 2X so i get more meat then i can carry i neat 20 sometimes 30 Ichors from that alone + the spider drops. It might not seems like much but it adds up quickly.
Also add some fish traps they collect putrid meat too 10 of them in a nearby lake go check once or twice but they gather slowly... i usualy check them once every 3 days for 30+ putrid meat each.
If you run the other fish through a press first, you'll get oil
Just get in the habit of doing it each day and the ichor just piles up.
As to the use of fish and shellfish to create Ichor, I think it is the unappetixing fish and the shrimp that produce Ichor. Just throw them on the fire and as they cook, they create it. As to farming ichor, sometimes spiders give it when you use a pick on them, but it is a tough way to get a small amount.
Not sure what you mean. Is there a plan to make the fish traps and shellfish traps less productive? I haven't seen that, can you link it?
