Crafting Bug?

Hi yall, I have been encountering some crafting issues lately ever since i gave myself admin on Singleplayer mode and hit the Reset Feat button under Feats. Obviously I did reclaim some of the feats I have resetted especially those that are vital.

Under bruiser I unlocked the Katana and later in Haftmaker to unlock Star Metal Katana, but both of this options are unavailable to me in my Blacksmith/ Improved Blacksmith with my T4 Blacksmith I spent hours farming on.

My Furnace and later Improved Furnace was also unable to smelt Hardened Steel Bars even though I have a whole stack of Black Ice and Steel Bars in there with a T4 Smelter on it. (Yes, I hit the play button and everything but it just burns my fuel)

My Beehive was also unable to craft Honey even though I have Queen Bees and Worker Bees in there (Pressed play as well but to no avail)

Rest was still fine and dandy, don't have the patience to explore what other things I can't craft and progress with the game...
Side Note: I found a little error in Improved Armourer's bench for Reptilian Armour, the chest piece and gauntlet pieces have the ingredients swapped... (e.g. Chest lining for Gauntlet piece, Gauntlet lining for Chest piece)

Am I the only one encountering these issues?

Are you using mods?

- There is no star metal katana in the vanilla game. There is an epic katana that requires star metal bars to craft.
- No issues crafting hardened steel bars.
- No issues producing honey.
- My armor benches (both improved and regular) have the correct ingredients for both the chest piece and gloves.

Based on the above:
- You are playing some customized version of the game instead of the vanilla officially released version.
- You have a corrupted database.
- You are using some mods or you have used some mods in the past that are causing issues.
