I like Yog or Mitra as the (Yog) food and (Mitra) ambrosia are both very useful and neither require any other ingredients.
so i was looking to see what doesnt make me have to harvest 500 human bodys
All of them require harvesting human bodies.
Edit: More specifically, you use what you collect with the god-specific tool to make something at the altar, and that is what makes the zeal for that god. One other noteworthy issue, which may have been the case when you played before, is that zeal cannot be moved once created. So if you decide to build the god's altar someplace else you cannot transfer the zeal you already created to the other altar.
Dont you get zeal for farming the actual god tool? For example doesnt derketo's kiss - which is used to farm the human element for altar recipes- give zeal when farmed?
