Is there anyway at all to stop those damned drums when we're in combat? Seems like all i hear is a steady drumroll for most of my play session. I turned the musick all the way down, but the drums just keep right on playing.

First thing I did when I got the game was to turn music off. I've never heard any drums/combat music but I do hear environment and effects. So setting music to 0 should disable combat music.

@Tourist McGee and anyone else if you don't like the drum sounds which can be overpowering, than there is a mod on the workshop called ShutUp. It cancels out the drums. Works great for me.

Will look at that for sure. Thank you. Although what i'm talking about is the combat music which turning the music off does nothing to negate. I don't hear the other music, but that damned combat drum music just keeps on blaring at me.

I couldn't play Conan without the Shutup mod ... the drumming as you do anything in any menu is F**ing annoying.

Yeah I'd like a way to turn off the combat music myself. There was two mods out there that changed the combat music to a skyrim and conan the hyborian theme instead of the drums. Tho I think they were taken down due to copyright claims or not maintained. Personally I'd like more control over the music like console commands. So I can play whatever track I want in game. And yea to turn the combat drums off. Or to a better drum beat. Not so loud lol...

I remember ... years ago with Win ME the Media player had a always on top tiny control to play your music in game or anywhere.
Was probably the only thing I really liked about win ME! Never seen anything like it since.

Honestly, that combat musick is about to make me just uninstall the game and move on. It's extremely nerve wracking and not being able to turn if off is ridiculous.

Use your own music. Usually what most people do anyways. You can turn off the music in the settings option. Just put the volume on it to 0.

The combat musick is unaffected by the musick slider. It's all the way to zero and the combat musick is still there.
