Agree with the spyglass, would be nice to see what thralls are from a distance before attacking their camps, specially when playing an archer

but then they should spawn even if you are far and I dont think they know how to do that

I arm my bow and use it as magnifying glass if I want to check a camp for example - it doesn't give any details about type and tier of any NPC's though. Better than nothing.

Not coming to game ... Community asked for it way back in EA as far can remember Funcom looked in to it unfortunately implementing it was impossible ( loading issues ).

Other interesting mentioned mechanism / items with still are not in game include ...

Mounts - currently scrapped ( loading issues on console low end PC)

Manikins - mentionet whem funcom implemented shield and weapons display.

Cages - making them functional as storage for captured thralls when you Wheel of Pain is Full.

City life - assigning patrol routs / function to you thralls ( switching on / off light in you camp ...)

Additional siege weapons / sidge overhaul - on hold as of bugg fixing focus after Peat patch.

Magic System - on hold as of bugg fixing focus after Peat patch.

Spyglass would be nice even if it only works within the current visual range of loaded things. But i get it and put it in the "oh well" category. Manequins are the same for me. Would have been nice, but "oh well". Since they changed food to non essential again for thralls, i could just use some low level archers or something and arm them like a manequin, but they tend to run off at the first sign of a purge :P

Would be good to have a spyglass like in ARK.

It is so handy there and doesn't cause any of the issues speculated here. It is just a simple tool that everyone uses to spot the tames that players are looking for. Such that you get to see the tames name and level at close to max viewable range with great zoom!

Having to clear out a whole camp in conan just on the random chance that a thrall you may want may spawn there.

Manequins we're intended way of display of different armors , to cut Number of NPC (thralls on serves) with heavily taxed servers in past causing them to crash regularly ...

Then the Devs obviously either didn't understand what was needed nor tested it well.
In ARK they work well and easily on most servers, without issue.

Conan is not Ark ... Even AI was outsource to outside company and is dreadfully ...

Your probably onto something with this description Fremduk As the conan devs probably wrongly figured that all npcs in entire area need to rendered ... which is BS.

With a spy glass visiblity of current area is totally eliminated and a small part of visual range is enhanced. However it is probably out of the capabilities of the conan devs though.

Like all the multiple thrall bugs that they cannot fix ... it all just seems out of their capabilities to fix anything without mucking up several other things.

Majority of problems with Conan Exile are coming from rushed development and bad planing , Funcom was facing bankruptcy and sales from this game saved company and kick started other new project ...

Actually Mounts worked on PC (only low end PC) and console were unable to keep up loading world and player was felling off the map. Unfortunately by the time when Funcom was attempting implement of them Frozen North expansion was out , and according to Devs. only way to make them work on low end PC and consoles is to re-make map with smaller loading cells - with was to big task to embark on 6 month before lunch , so they scraped them despite spending months working on them (witch was reason why still never goth more Sidge weapons amongst other things ...
