Rabbits are invincible

Single player, no mods. Trying to kill a rabbit with an axe but it only does like 5% of its HP and the rabbit just keeps regenerating health non-stop

That might be only in Single player cause last night I killed a rabbit in one hit PvP servers but didn't get any meat or anything.

Yeah, apparently they nerfed it so the gathering tools are now useless for anything other than gathering materials... You gotta use a weapon ax rather than your wood cutting ax...

They nerfed the Holy Hand Grenade?! I didn't know they had one in game, must be one of those special pre order DLCs, that are PtW. Those terrible developers, that's it I'm done with this game.

i killed a rabbit the other day. His two buddies went nuts, and crowded me over a cliff. I couldn't jump over them and i died horribly. Gotta be careful, bunnies stick together.
