silver of the unfulfilled?

I read a post saying this was broken about a year ago? Is it still? I used the dagger on corpses but I never get the sliver.

Never had a problem with collecting Slivers of Unfulfilled, you have to use Derketos Kiss or the next one up, whatever the names of the daggers you make at the Derketo Shrine is. I play on a PvP server and also SP and as far as I know, it has always worked, and works.

It worked for me, just seemed a low spawn rate for it

With the tool, so should it be 100% on each human, the first time you use it on them.

Correct, one sliver per human that you carve up. I have never seen more or less.

with me when i was getting them it a few weeks ago it seemed maybe 1/5

I've had a targeting thing where it made the harvest (squishy) noise but didn't collect. Just moved slightly and did it again and it worked. Happens quite a bit.
