Then there are a few legendary weapons that illuminate like a weak torch, but do not have any glowing textures. These are Glimmermoon (1-hand axe), Forgelight (2-hand hammer), and Jedias Greatsabre (2-hand sword).
Personally, Glimmermoon is my favorite weapon in the game. While the illumination created by these weapons is much weaker than a torch or glowing stick, they're the only light you'll get when trying to drag a thrall in the middle of the night (i.e. since torches and binding ropes both use the offhand).
Hope this helps.
