Right now it keeps telling me that land adjacent to me building is already claimed stopping my from completing my bridge.
There is nothing in view as far as I can see but there was a structure blocking me a week or so ago.
The structure is gone but the game doesn't seem to know that.
IE: Stand in a spot, move out of that spot, then try to build in that spot.
At least that works.
Yeah its a dedicated server. I've had issues where foundations shot below the placeable surface and then nothing will click to different blocks around it so I've had to ghost into the land and delete that one block
It's happened more than I care to count, but at least relogging clears up that aneurism the game engine is having at the moment. So when you get back in, the piece will usually snap right into place where you want it to go without any further issues.
It acts as if it runs into a memory limit and a road block.
At least until the next time the engine goes temporarily brain dead.
So if your trying to place a foundation but it won't go, then switch to another tile, say a wall or ceiling, then go back to the foundation. It works 9/10 times!
But like the others mention if it's that 1/10 this doesn't work, you need to relog.
