Armor Work station.
3 plant fiber = 1 twine

It is crafted either by the player, or as stated above, at an Armorer's Bench, using 3 Plant Fiber to craft 1 Twine. You may also use 1 Vines to craft 1 Twine, at any Armorer's Bench. Having a Thrall at the bench decreases the cost of Plant Fiber, with higher level Thralls.

The Vines can be gathered from the short, vine-covered trees.

thanks when i look at armors station and wiki it did not show that

it is called entwine :p looked for twine

What I usually do, when dumping my inventory at home, is I go to my Armoror's Bench, toss all my Vines into it, go over to the right panel's Search box, and type "tw". That way, I find it real quick, rather than scrolling through all the unlocked recipes. Glad to help, though. ^^
