Fatal error caused by Mods?

My game gets these fatal errors every once and awhile. It happens whenever it likes for whatever reason. It happened when I put on the DLC Greek arm brace and last just today from me pressing a button on the Vanity mod so I could get a better look at my character. I heard mods could cause them if they are out of date. Maybe it's the load order? I would like to hear from others on this situation. Here are all the mods I currently have installed:

Outdated mods will cause fatal errors. I would also run a verify on the game files through Steam. The current version of the game will remove mods that are not compatible during the start process.

Thank you for the help! My game stops getting them now. I will still keep this here for anyone else who is having the same problem I was. I thank you for your advice!
