How to make entertainers stop dancing?

My entertainers are all merrily tap-tap-tap dancing their lives(and my sanity) away, any way to get them to take a break?

Not in the stock game. Entertainers really, really need some kind of interact menu to select thier dance, including an idle stance. I wouldnt hold my breath for it happening though.

Hope you like SP. Because installing any mod will block you from joining any server that doesnt have that mod. Even if its just something client side like a UI tweak or sound fix.

SP is single player. If there is a mod that lets you set or stop a thralls dance I dont know it. I do know that most mods, due to an issue with the mod framework, currently breaks thralls and pets eating food.

Actually sexiles is really useful for that! It allows you control over the thrall temporarily to assign them an emote, and not just the sexy stuff, but talking, different dances, even standing guard. And it works on all thralls. The only drawback is you have to select your desired emote each time you restart the game, but it works until you log out.

The mod Citylife lets you select from 6 dances through in order with any entertaining thralls.
It allows you to have guards recruits citizens dancers tree loppers and mining thralls and the thralls come equipped with randomised clothing depending on your conan game nudity settings.
Also if you wish to place one of your own thralls in these Thrall stations then they are visible instead of the preloaded versions from the mod. You should read the description and try it.

For singleplayer I think this is a must have mod

You mean you can set thralls to gathering wood and stone?

Your thralls don't go off to gather materials.

City life has several thrall stations including a quarry and a tree.
In the quarry station which looks like a large rock if you click on it to open it like a crafting station It has several recipes that you can provide the resources needed like a steel pickaxe, gruel and whatever, then the station creates stone. If you have a newly tamed thrall you can place that thrall into the station and it will appear next to the large rock using the pick on the rock.

Same goes for the tree station select from three recipes with higher tiered resource requirements for more wood output. It is an easy way to get resources and looks good adds to citylife!

You cannot select what the thrall is wearing though as they always have the course clothes,
unless you have the mod CharEditlite which allows you to change appearance of yourself or any thrall ... but only in SP or on servers that use it.

I think there are several mods that make the game way better unfortunately with every game update your mods can break. So eachtime the game updates you need to remove all active mods, restart game launcher go back into the mods page and reactivate all the mods you had installed in the same order as before. So that the mods are added on top of any new game updates. Then restarting again to launcher mods tab to check that mods are set in correct order.

I also highly recomend Feminize from same mod author and Shutup (a mod the removes the drumming sound everytime you move in any inventory) that is a blessing.
