Wheels of pain completely bugged out.
So I have my wheel of pain filled with thralls. They finished and no longer show in the queue on the bottom right. But when I try and remove them, I get the message, "Moving an unconverted thrall will destroy it, continue?"

Is this a "new" bug after the last patch or has it been an ongoing issue? Is there a work around?

You know this kind of thing is getting really old. I come back to the game after a few months hiatus and something as simple as this doesn't even work?!?!

I noticed this on my wheel this morning. Half of the thralls are exhibiting the behavior you describe.

So I assume it is the last patch. Do they test anything before they release it? Geez...

It's not only the latest patch, I have experienced this several times just after a patch where thralls appear stuck in the wheel with no other option than to remove and lose them.

But it isn't stuff that was placed in the wheel rigth before the patch. It is ongoing for me. As recently as this morning the thralls I placed in there this morning finished converting but cannot be removed from the wheel.
I was able to train level 3 thrall but named thralls can't be removed without destroying (Freya and Janos). Single player PC

Same here. I had similar problem after the recent two updates. I had to switch them to another wheels of pain and start over (two of them are named lv4.... >_<

Are you sure the wheel didn't just turn off and have the thralls as uncompleted.

Such that you needed to turn it on to finish the thralls before removing. The wheels for me often will turn off whenever I have logged out and especially any wheels that are further away from my base will be stagnating till I get back there to turn them on again.

Mind you I haven't checked since the latest patch. however as some thralls had their health doubled you should expect them to take a lot longer to complete.

The bug has happened to me with tier 1 and 4 thralls. I typically only go after named thralls but tried a tier 1 to test and it bugged out too. So I am assuming it is all tiers that can bug out and that in your case it just happened to actually convert a level 3.

So far as I can tell, the bug is just random and that a majority of thralls, randomly, wont convert. So far I've had around 6 out of 10 thralls bug out and not convert.

Yeah that is definitely not the issue here. The wheel was turned on, the thrall timers had finished but they were not converted. Any attempt to remove them says they are not converted and will be destroyed if removed from the wheel.

Also some people on the Funcom forums suggested turning the wheels off and back on to re-queue the uncoverted thralls but that isn't working either.

As it stands now, converting thralls is a total crap shoot.

Thanks for the info Melkor. Hopefully devs will take this seriously. Thralls are hyped in the promotion so non-functionality should be a primary concern.

Since the last updates I have struggled to knock out any thralls .... there were some that withstood 7 or 8 knocks from a steel truncheon, being named tier 4 thralls I stopped at that stage as another hit would have killed them. Out of 10 - 12 thralls I tried to knock out ... I only managed to knock out 2 low level 1 thralls ... and I'm as a Level 300 character in my single player game ... so no lack of strength.
