Sacred Blood isn't dropping using Bloodletter Dagger [Solved]
As the title states it's not giving Sacred Blood using the shrine's dagger from the Sag shrine. I've tried relogging. I am not using any mods. I have no clue what to do. Is anyone else experiencing this?

SOLUTION: You use it on NPC people and not animals even though the dagger says "releases blood from beasts". I guess only NPC people are beasts...

I am also having this issue, I have killed many different animals, and harvested using the dagger and have only got hides and meat, I am not understanding what I am doing wrong

It isn't used on animals as the dagger describes. You use it on NPC people. :|

"The blood letter can be used to harvest the blood of beasts..."

It does say that in the info about the dagger though. I came here with the same problem.
