* Abyssal Remnant
* Galaman's Tomb (<- I forgot about this one. the Alligator in there is weaker than the world boss, health-wise at least.)
* Barrow King (Priestking)
* Frost Temple (Giant King)
* Black Keep (Silent Legion)
* The Arena (Undead Dragon and Set snek, though the snake is optional)
I haven't done the Well of Skelos nor Witch Queen dungeon yet, but... from what I've seen of them, they're around Frost Temple difficulty, and maybe a lil bit more... Well of Skelos is probably the easier (?) while the Witch Queen at least have some mechanics so you need to pay attention (I think, again.)
I'd put all the rest of the bosses (world bosses) in a category of their own, because they're ""harder"" (read: tedious) than the dungeon bosses (except the undead dragon.)
Here they are in order of difficulty (again, IMHO... and NOT taking into account using cheese methods, like palisade or bow->snake arrows)
* Scaleback King (I saw only one of them...)
* Sand Reaper Queen (I saw at least three of them)
* Scorpion Kings (there are several of them scattered around the desert map)
* Rocknose Kings
* Alligator and White Leopards are around the same difficulty (there are few of them)
* The Set snakes (poison on bite, and weird/awkard hitboxes... turns to stupid easy with a shield to block and patience.)
* Elephant Alpha (I'd put mamoths as exactly the same as elephant, since they do the same moves... but I haven't found a mamoth alpha yet, don't know if it's in the game.)
* The strange insect-looking thing in the swamp, don't know what's called... I haven't fought it yet so I don't know the difficulty for that one.
* Red Dragon and White Dragons: I haven't fought them yet, so don't know anything about them.
The "too dangerous to bother" ones:
* The Tree Hulks/Ents/whatever they're called (too big, big damage, unavoidable hits)
* Black Rhino (mostly due to bugs, you're sucked into his hitbox and still will take damage constantly, without being able to leave)
* all Giant and Demon Spiders (TOO FRKNG BIG, constant poison, and quick attacks... do not bother if you don't have poison immunity or tons of antidote.)
EDIT2: W.r.t. world bosses, if you want to farm for skeleton keys and *don't* want to use cheese tactics and have some fun, the fairer of them all IMHO is the Scorpion King. Good moves, all of them telegraphed and thus avoidable, and a fair damage, as in you'll die if you screw up a few times in a row, but not in only one hit.
The easiest of them all by far are the Sand Reaper queens... they CANT hit you at all if you stay on their sides, but, I think that's a bug and will be fixed... so don't rely on that.
If you want to use palisade tactics/bow&arrow, then any of them are farmable.
EDIT: I forgot a couple of things.
Falcata / Hyrkanian bow = weapons
Aquilonian = armor
My 60 stuff are:
Flawless Acheronian / Exceptional Hyrkanian bow = weapons
Stygian / Vanir
Strength = 38
Vitality = 30
Encumbrance = 30
Edit all stuff ''enchanted''
Angel puppet ftw :D LOL, yeah... that was a funny episode :P
