Option to hide helm/armor pieces would be nice

I like the armor in this game and the fact that you can dye it etc. but after tier 3 your character looks like a fully plated ninja Mongol. Character customization like face war paint and hair is out of window.

Its a minor complaint but I doubt its hard to execute(atleast for helmet only). And im sure the option would be welcomed by all

there is a Hide option already ingame press i and in the character screen on the right side the check boxes . and warpaint are the tattoos you can make with alchemy ingame .

Really? Thats nice. I just got this game like last week and I've seen "hide armor Mod" multiple times leading me to believe its not in the game.
I play on official servers, I'll check when I get home hope you are right you made my day

So I just got on and ofcourse there is no option to do that, way to get my hopes up buddy.

It has boxes on the right side. You can place another armor in there to see it instead of your real armor, while your real armor remains for its stats.
Or you can hit the tiny checkbox in the top left corner of a given "appearance slot" to hide that armor entirely, thus enabling what you asked for.

So you can use the exact feature you're requesting through this mod.
Or you can replace your hat with these dancer earrings while maintaining the stats of a full on helmet. :) Because screw things that cover up my pretty hair, but I still want the stat bonus for wearing the dumb hat. <me in every game ever.
