Server/game settings or mods to speed up PvE enemies?
Hello.

I consider buying this game (12$ on Humble Monthly right now). Melee combat looks really fun (especially spear and backflips), but enemies speed looks damn too slow.

Combat with those slow as f@ck, easily telegraphed PvE enemies looks boring so my question is - are there any game/server settings or mods where I can adjust enemies speed? For example multiply their overall speed x2 so they act, attack, move faster.

If yep - instabuy this game.

If nope - no buy, not wanna to get bored quickly.

Thanks.

You can't change the combat animation speed for enemies, also if you're buying this game for the combat, don't.
I love every survival aspect of the game, if you like survival games you'll have fun, but the combat
is the biggest bugfest I have seen in a game and you'll get frustrated with it.

But I advise getting the humble bundle monthly anyway since the other two games are good and there are more to come.

Well, I wanted to get it for the combat, exploration and rpg elements (not talking about quests/story here, just character leveling).

On videos combat looked fun and solid - well, except those bugged weapon-switch-animation-cancels.Something more broken is there so?

only played minecraft from survival ones, had some hours of it, but not much addicting to play more.
combat can be really satisfying, but it can also be really buggy, id say treat the game like early access, give it a shot and hope it gets fixed, plenty of bang for your buck here even with the occasional bug

It doesn't really have "a story", there are lore elements you find here and there, but no story to follow, you just survive and build mostly.

The combat looks good, but it has many problems, for example, depending on terrain you will swing the weapon but not hit the enemy, but they can swing and hit you fine. Sometimes the weapon animation make it looks like it will hit but it actually won't and you have to get closer to actually hit the enemy. Small things like that that get you worked up when they happen when you're vulnerable or in a hurry.
