Is there any tool similiar to ARK server manager for Exiles? All that i found were outdated. Or only steam cmd?

steam cmd is not user-friendly, now i understand why Exiles has 1500 players online and ARK has 40 000+. Even setuping a server is headache.
Steam cmd has lot of errors while i running it, no admin panel no RCON. Screw it

You're right that SteamCMD isn't user friendly but once you learn it, it's very easy to use. And setting up* a server isn't that hard, or do you want sth like ASM? In that case you should know that this game isn't as popular as ARK and since it's the community that created ASM Conan will most likely never get a manager unless you can find yourself to get off your arse, learn something and make one yourself.

I already setted up a server. But mo management and configuring with manager is more aeasy that doing it through .ini files

You can configure almost everything in game in Admin Control Panel.
