how do i spawn thralls?

They're in the admin cheat panel, find them in the lists and check the option box below that says Converted Thrall.

I'm not entirely sure how is it done in the vanilla game as I have Pippi installed and it replaces the Admin panel with their own version... but I've done it before installing it, so it's possible.

Check the Admin panel...look for the thalls in the lists of items on the right... they can be on buildings too, since the categories are a bit bonkers atm.

The select one and check the box and it should give your the converted thrall on your inventory.

In the Vanilla game, it is from the admin panel in the middle. Make sure you check the Spawn as Converted thrall. This will load it into your bag as an item.

Do note that spawned thralls do not come with clothing as far as I can tell from spawning them in via console.

This is correct. They will be dressed based on the sever and client nudity settings.

Is there a way to spawn them directly converted? Not as an item in inventory first.

Our server seems to be bugged, so we can't place pets or thralls anywhere. So the converted thralls as items are useless.
