Serversetting Container Ingore Ownership - everything locked by default?

Hey everyone,

I'm setting up a server and wanted to make sure that everyone can use all containers. Container Ignore Ownership setting is set to true, so everyone can interact with containers and workbenches.
BUT everything is locked by default. If someone places a new container, he has to manually unlock it before another one not of the same clan can use it. Is this how it's supposed to be?

Reason I'm asking is, I've played on an official server before and it was the other way around there - everything you placed was unlocked and you had to manually lock it. I would have prefered the same setting for our server... anything I can do there?

Everything is unlocked by default, chests and reinforced chests need to be locked manually once placed.

Vaults are locked by default, but i'm not 100% sure.

Benches cannot be locked and neither cupboards.

Unfortunately they are not unlocked by default, at last not for our server, it's the other way around. Everything is locked and can't be accessed if not unlocked. That's why I'm asking. Is there another server setting that affects that?
