How to Repair Exceptional Gear ?

Is there a way to repair broken Exceptional gear :o ?

If you have an armourer thrall they repair it in the bench, just need the mats in there also :)

@Carizma Sadly not :o it keeps teling me that i dont have the Expertise to repair this item :/ even with a named thrall in it

you have to have the feat for the base skill of the armor type you are trying to repair, then do as previous poster mentioned

I did learn all the armor things :o and i still cant do it :P i can craft the weaker versions ... but not the good one

It has to be on a bench that has the original crafter that was able to craft it, or another similar that knows how to craft it.

Look at the list of recipes in the bench, if the armor you want to repair doesn't show highlighted there (i.e. is greyed out), then you won't be able to repair it.

Also you need (almost always) the same materials you used to craft it placed inside the bench... it won't work if you have them on yourself.

Also, just in case, it's obvious but you never know... the important part is that you have to put the gear IN the bench and press the repair button that appears ON the bench... not on you character's inventory.

One extra option is to create master armor patch kits and use that to repair your stuff... they should work and at least will repair your armor up to ~%90 percent of max durability.

@Leeux is there a guide or map where i can find those Thralls again ? one of my clan friends did change them and has no idea where he put them ...

But you'd have to capture it and convert it first :( I'd look around your base and peek inside chests... he must have placed it somewhere safe :)

But yeah, there are some maps... several that people use.
