None on the world map, she only appears during a purge unfortunately.

Do you happen to know if her purge appearance is region-specific? I've withstood around 15 purges at the Hand of the Maker, which receives only Darfari Cannabals and Hyenas, and I've captured 4 archpriests from it (x2 Sansha the Sun-touched (Yog), x1 D'aar the Touched (Yog), and someone I can't remember from a Hyena pack that wasn't Derketo.

Which region might produce a purge with a derketo thrall?

I'm replying to this MONTHS old thread because it was still in the top 10ish Google results when I was looking for this info 5-6 hours ago. I now have an update for anyone else that lands here from Google.

BUT! A few months after this was posted, 2 spawns were added for the Priest/High Priest/Archpriest of Derketo.

They can now spawn at the 2 campfires JUST to the East of the Derketo religion trainer. The fires are close enough that they are visible from her platform.
