Staying cool / staying warm

Is there someplace I can find an up-to-date list of armor, food and drink that warms you or cools you down? The wiki doesn't seem terribly helpful in that regard.

I'm trying to figure out how to adventure in Dragonmouth without constantly taking little pips of damage that prevent me from climbing. I've tried with full Stygian armor (which theoretically is heat-resistant) and drinking water regularly, but that doesn't cut it.

I'm working my way up to making Silent Legion armor in the hopes that will work, but I'd prefer light armor instead...

Silent Legion armour is the only armour I'm aware of that offers 2 bars of heat resistance.

Also Ice cools you down more than water.

You can also try cactus drink it makes you drunk but coils and spice meat for heat

Oh that reminds me of seeing 'Iced Tea' in one of the recipe lists you find in the world, sounds like a cooling drink.

Glacier crack axe from T3 Ymir altar also cools you down, it has freezing aura.

Try "Ice Tea." This requires a T3 Cook, Herbal Tea from "Specialist Cooking III", Ice, Aloe, Crystal, and a Stove. Ice Tea is a cooling drink and non alcoholic.

There is a legendary shield i use called "Mistmourn" gives 20 heat resistance when equiped so i can go volcano spelunking with no problem...............Exept for climbing i cant climb with the shield so this prob wont help you........just equip the silent stuff when climbing use the shield for the rest.
