Where is the Altar at Chaosmouth?

I'm ready to be released from the bracelet, so I went to Chaos Mouth to check out the altar that is supposed to be there, and it's not there!

Will it be fixed by a server reset, or was the altar removed? Is it bugged?

It's on the bridge, you know the one that goes through the ruin with a flame on top of it, in the south end of that bridge.

Bump -- does the Altar Decay and then vanish? It is not appearing in official servers online :(

Same problem here, there is no altar on the bridge, only 2 lamps and a statue in the center

Confirmed, chaosmouth altar is removed apparently. Not sure why, maybe they're about to flesh out the end of the quest so its not so anti-climactic? I hope so haha.
