Its possible to make rails for a balcony ?

yes all can climbing....climbing mechanism destroy lot of this game(in game exist some places which are save)..you cant have balcony...they added climbing mechanism, because people exploiting and build their fotresss on places which wasnt avaible to raid or loot.

Just build palisades on your walls. people get thrown of the wall once they take damage from them.
