one achievment ask me to chat with a friendly NPC where to find one?

Easiest place is The Sentinels marker on the map, there's a friendly NPC by the campfire there. You can find the marker in the middle area on the river here: http://cdn1-www.gamerevolution.com/assets/uploads/2017/08/ConanExilesMap2.jpg

Can also chat with any of the various religious NPC's. A quick google search will reveal their location. Talking with a religious NPC's rewards their starter building for free, rather then the 50 feat cost it would normally be.

I killed them before. did not know you can chat with them lol
