No special loot there...just common black boxes with crap. Maybe after release. I dont know. And yes, they could have done this with a cave or whatever..... But I think it was planned something different there but they didnt finish it. This why the city is so extremly big. It is 5x bigger than Set City. Or even more. Waste of space, yeah.
It needs some dungeons here and there, but the vast scale of it never fails to impress me when looking out over it.
The warmaker just talks about the history of the city and the ring of Set. The archivist asks me to get stuff, did you mean him?
I was impressed the first time, now I just regard walking through or around it as a chore tbh.
