Getting wrong religious altar when starting the game.

I don't know if it's supposed to do that for some reason, but I got the Mithra altar even though I chose a different god.

I'm not sure why it wants me to pick a god if that doesn't effect anything, so I'm guessing it's a bug. Any way to fix it?

You can just go to the relevant religious Trainer (only one that should be inaccessible is the Derketo Trainer as the Jungle will not be accessed until Launch).

You can learn all religions.

But I don't want all religions. I want to start with the religion I picked. Getting the Mitra altar when my religion is Cthulhu makes no sense. It's like getting a christian altar when I chose islam.

Issue is still occurring. First character I made had the right alter but I messed them up so I tried again, and again, and again.

If you change race while you're editing and reviewing your character, most of the other settings reset, and that includes your religion.

I'm guessing that's what happened? And yeah, once created you can go to the place where the trainer is and learn the desired religion that way if you don't want to recreate the character,

No, still getting the wrong religion when I start last I played. I double checked my choices before starting. Game is a broken mess so I quit playing.

Strange... I always chose Crom as starting religion and the game did give me that everytime.

But, to be fair, I haven't created that many characters and also,I haven't created a new character since ~1 week after official release and it could be something that they broke in one of the later patches.

EDIT: I'm gonna give it a try sometime over the weekend, and see if I can reproduce on my side too.
