Most likely you will run with 0.2-0.5 multiplier, else many player claim most of the map.
Claimed zones by npc cities can be tricky, your best bet is to build a bridge to get your slaves. Or you use the mod to be able to drag slaves while swimming.
The "claim" radius works on the land itself or just the chests/npcs inside ? If I build something and my radius overlaps Flotsam's beach a bit will it claim all Flotsam ? Even if the NPCs are far away ?
Now I've built a wheel of pain near Flotsam, I'll see if the NPCs respawn or not just because my ♥♥♥'s radius overlaps their land a bit.
It would be stupid if they don't respawn because a tiny bit of their beach 1km away from Flotsam got claimed...
