High GPU usage

Is there any way to fix the max GPU usage in this game? I highly doubt my RX 580 8Gb would require all it's power to run this game - low or high settings, it's the same. Yes driver is always up to date.

thats not bug thats how your graphics card is supposed to work running at a 100% load is perfectly fine and safe as long as the temps arent to high if as long as it is below 90*C it should be fine.

If you are worried about the heat or the noise then if you arent using it try switching vsync on or I think the newer radeon drivers have a built in frame limiter some where in the driver settings think it is frame rate tatrget controll
