Can a god destroy cave bases?

There are numerous locations for deep cave bases in the frozen north. Are gods able to strike through the barrier and destroy those?

I've only found one cave you can build in so far. No idea if the gods can destroy it, but I reckon the snake one could make its way in if they could.

Its located just north east of the circle of swords along that mountain range

I've tested several avatars in SP against those caves and they cannot damage inside. You would think Set would be able to slither inside but the snake won't get past the mouth of the cave.

What gods cant destroy, explosives can. Nothing is unraidable.

I reckon a base built there with the intention of not being pvp'd would have a fair bit better chance - or at least would burn through a lot more explosives - than you'd expect. Plus it offers a way for people to mount archer thralls that can't be taken out even with the terrible ai.

The only other northern caves I've found so far are the vulture beast ones, and as far as I can tell you can't build there without mods - would maybe be the coolest spot to build though.

All depending with God - for cave base located between shattered spring and north - best one is Yog.
For base in ancient ruins along border with north (multiple location) all depends on location ...
