frostwolf cup becomes normal wolf

had one frostwolf cup would expect te get at least a frost wolf but taming pen says normal wolf guess its either a bug or an programming error
got now 3 more in pen still says wolf and those pubs are not easy to get
taming pen is one of brickstone t2

Whatever the result of growing up depends on type of food given - as you probably know anyway. There is no 100 % chance to get exactly what you want.

I am trying to breed Gold-vein Rocknoses, and about 50 % so far, grew up as common Rocknoses which are pretty useless (except for tanking other creatures).

Added: As long as the animal isn't fully grown, the icon in the pen's bar does NOT give away what type of animal you'll get!

ok thx didn t know that so im curious if i now getthe desired frostwolf preferable the greater version when having 3 in pen feeding them pork 40% chance. Guess i have to wait a bit for the result

the cub you use doesnt matter, a normal wolf cub becomes a white ''frostwolf'' one when it becomes a greater wolf.
