Not sure as I've never used admin teleport when towing a thrall, I always build a small thrall wheel nearby so I don't have to travel far and then just put the tame thrall in inventory when done.
Derketo T1 (Priest), T2 (High Priest) T3 (Arch Priest) and supposedly T4 named all have a chance to spawn at the Pagoda, never got a named one there, but have gotten an Arch. Usually, at a campfire to the left of the alter, up on a little rise is where you find the priests hanging out.
No, you can not admin teleport with a thrall in tow, don't try it, you'll be pissed when you lose your hard earned priest. You can only use Derketo Priests on Derketo Shrines and so on for other religions.
The best way to get a thrall in tow back to the Telith's Island area, is probably to go along the south side of the river till you get to the Dryfalls area and then cross over and head NNW, staying to the west of the Dryfalls to avoid the White Tiger till you get far enough north to cut west to get to the tunnel that goes under the cliff to the Highlands by Boundry Spillway, avoiding the big cats along the spillway ponds, of course.
Or, you could just build a cheapo thrall wheel, somewhere down south and use it to break the priest and then bust it up or leave it to use in the future. You can just take the thrall north in your backpack, at that point.
I decided to test it on a knocked out NPC next to my base, and shockingly it worked! I then tried it from a location much further away, and despite how badly it glitches, it does work, no problem. The NPC does get visually stuck in the ground, but once you interact with the Wheel, it goes in just fine.
No kidding, interesting. I wonder if that changed with the patch that allows one to swim with thralls. I usually don't use admin for anything other than admin stuff, but tried it once with dragging a thrall, pre-patch of course, because it was late and I had to get up in the morning and I had a long way to go...lost the thrall. I also tried it once with a thrall following and they weren't able to follow.
Teleporting via a map room with a thrall in tow will also glitch out spectacularly, but you CAN deliver the thrall to a wheel of pain. The thrall will just remain at the teleport start location and your binding will stretch map-long.... This means that after you used map room with a thrall in tow you cannot let go of the binding to fight monsters or mobs, or you cannot pick up the thrall again. At least, this is how it happened to me. I think there was some time where the thrall was teleported with me but floated in air upside down... conan exiles, ladies and gentlemen xD
