Anyone have trouble jumping into Archives from the "well" above it?
I watched a few videos of how to get to the Archives in the unnamed city. One method was to jump down to the ledge of the well above then drop down trying to land on the edge of the round "pond". So I tried this two different times on one server, died both times.

On another server I had about 1/4 health after jumping.

Does this only work on a server where they have boosted vitality or reduced damage taken?

Is there a setting that could be set wrong making this not work? I went through all the settings. Any I thought would affect this are set to the default of 1.0.

To go to the archives in the unnamed city, I go to the obelisk there, then head north, there is a passage and stairs down leading to it. I've not noticed a well above it.

I think there is a perk (agility?) that reduces falling damage.

Ya, I've gone in that way too. I'll try that next, and ya, I have a lot of points in agility, so don't see why I'm dying from fall damage.

I know old thread, but with age of sorcery they added in safe fall for a spell. The only issue will be getting out.

Just go out through the hallway that leads to the obelisk which is also a way in.

Seriously though, that is a long fall if you can't get a grip.

you have to choose the double-jump perk from the agility tree. And you have to jump again before you hit the ground.
But why do that when you can just go thru the doorway and down the stairs?
