Rhinos not attacking?

So been running around in the Savanna and all the wild rhinos are just... Staring at you?
This goes for all of them, the none skulls, to Skull to Three skull ones.

I know the ones in the jungle/swamp area attacks, but the Savanna ones are just staring at me.

i find it quite hard to aggro a rhino, you have to get within spitting distance to piss them off it seams, try punching one of the babies if you want them to be angry at you

Like literally not attacking, me and my pet just killed a three skull, a one skull and normal ones. Without them doing a single attack

I've seen that happen on official servers months ago. But back then a lot of crap was doing that often. Recently in SP, every once in a great while creatures will stop and just stare at you mid combat. If I circled around them they would keep facing me and spin, but would not move. Usually smacking them again made them move once more.

Now suddenly the three skull Rhino attacked, but didn't do it last time I saw him and killed him.
