Thick hide
I am rather new to this game but i am very much enjoying it. i have read on the conan exiles wiki that you can make thick hide from leather and twine in the armourers work bench is this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ or does it just not appear a recipe?.

What you want to do is get thick hide. This comes from animals like rhinos and elephants. Get that hide with a skinning knife, preferably with a harvest buff (or survival buff if you use golden lotus to respec), and you are good to go.

There is a mod that lets you make thick hide from other ingredients, but like someone said, in vanilla conan, I think you must normally harvest it.

It's a cop-out to make it out of other ingredients. Look with normal heavy, or even epic flawless medium, you are shredding elephants, rhinos and gorillas. It is NOT a problem!. The only thing the mod does is let you short circuit the progression of the game. Congratulations you cheated yourself of the experience! Why not just make yourself admin and spawn everything you want?

Well I wouldn't want to do that I just read that you could make it from twine and 4 hide now that I know I can't I'll just start to prepare to go find some elephants rhinos and gorillas

You take an Armoror Thrall and put him in your Tanner's Table and you will unlock the recipe called STICH which will allow you to take 4 hides and 1 Twine and combine them into 1 Thick Leather.

I know this is old, but just in case someone googles and finds this they have the answer.
