Using a "Heart of a Nordheimer", crafting Berserker Draught

Google and the Steam Community hub hasn't had any answers for me about this:

I found hearts of Nordheimers at several named Nordheimer NPCs. I wondered what to do with them. The Conan Wiki says, I could craft a Berserker Draught at my Exalted Altar of Ymir. I got the correct altar, I even have enough Manifestations of Zeal left, but it doesn't show me the icon in the crafting menu to start crafting it. I've also checked my improved fire cauldron - also nothing there...

Any ideas? (I don't use mods.)

i had a look at the wiki, it says about a t4 purge priest in the alter maybe try that?

Thanks a lot! I saw that too now, after you said it! :D T4 priest would be an Arch Priest as well, right? I mean, the ones you can summon avatars with and stuff...

Anastera The Seeress she spawns in New Asagarth at the new small temple area straight down from the entrance. She crafts the draught and yes she is a T4 Thrall just like an Arch Priest.
