Well I have one question that begs for an answer (and this is because I've ended up asking myself this very question).
As impressive as it is, what are you going to do with all that space now?
Above the throne room, will probably be the map room (Because where else would it fit?) and possibly some other central administrative things.
Just above the rulers' private retreat (Accessible only from the throne platform, and from the guard towers) is the receiving room for guests who are lucky enough to receive a private audience with the rulers, but not lucky enough to be invited to their sitting room. Above that is their sitting room, and then their personal attendants' quarters, and then finally at the top, their private quarters and the pavillion on top for enjoying the air on pleasant days.
The two "middle" towers will be guard/staff towers, providing a buffer of armed guard between the royal tower and the two front towers which will be guest and staff residences. The guard towers will also house the kitchens. One kitchen where the meals are cooked for the royals and their guests, and then a staff kitchen where meals are prepared for the staff and the royal guard.
The two front towers are the aforementioned guest and staff housing.
The wings that flank the inner gate are largely barracks for the Guard, and provide access to the archer galleries inside the throne room, and in the entry hall. And of course between them is the entry hall itself, which is both grandiose and a military deathtrap. The exterior guardhouse is more barracks and such.
In the basement of the keep will be working area, furnaces and blacksmiths and armorers, all that. Normally this would be outside in the bailey, but this castle has no bailey as the "moat" takes up that area.
