Attribute point/VAC question

So im playing single player and have a good level cap mod (350) but id like to add even more AP. Feats is easy but it appears there are AP commands.
Im not seeing any mods to allow me to add even more points (Or level Indefinitely) so that leaves me one more idea i know of, however even in single player it would likely get me a VAC ban.
That brings me to the second part, is there a way to disable VAC in single player? seen plenty for servers but not local.

Seems like there are no topics i have found that covers either of my problems here, so anyone know what i can do? Id prefer to be able to add AP without a 3rd party program and disabled VAC.

Thanks for the response, i dont have modding skill sadly and it appears nobody has worked out to to add Attribute points by command nor mod so doubt i would be able too. If possible can you guys add a "+1 Attribute point" button to the admin panel please? The feats ones great.

Unfortunately adding levels after the cap doesnt give AP nor Feats.

This mod included a tome that can be spawned from the admin panel and used to gain +8 attribute points at anytime IF you are at least lvl 60 already
