PvE server.

Had a look online and apparently if you don't put things on foundations they disappear randomly because of a reduced decay timer. True? It was placed just a few steps from my house but no foundations under it. Anyone know the specifics of how this works? My thrall wheel is close as well and hasn't disappeared yet. I was visiting it regularly, which I thought also reset decay timers. My fishing nets are gone too. But thats quite a bit from my house so I expected it.

My friend complained that his animal pen disappeared in similar conditions, mine on the other hand is sitting on the ground but enclosed by walls that extend from my house and it has been there for a year.

Does your event log say it was from decay? Then ya, that could be the issue.
