(Leather and chain bindings)
But it either has to be in your personal inventory or perhaps the artisan's work table.
I haven't checked on the torturers work table though. (but sort of makes sense it might be there)
You won't be able to pick up an unconsious thrall and place them in your inventory.
You're stuck with dragging them back to your wheel.
But, on all thralls that are broken and ready to be put to work, you'll take them from the wheel and place them directly into your inventory.
On crafting thralls: They can be placed on the appropriate work station in the thrall slot directly from your inventory.
On combat thralls: You have to place them in your "hot bar" in order to place them where you want them to be. But after that, you only can either move them or have them follow you.
bindings wear out now and must be repaired.
as near as I can tell, bindings made from better materials last longer and can drag thralls farther.
better mats, the longer you can drag a thrall.
Fibers are easy made, the others need the torturer table.
And, no, no way to put unconscious thralls in inventory, the bindings do still the same. Would be way to easy doing that.
You can still build a ♥♥♥ on place.
