Remove corruption without dancers
Is there some kind of potion in the game that removes corruption? Getting a dancer from the pirate galley is a pain in the ass

Dancers are all over and dead easy to accumulate. But as for your question, not until magick is added afaik, when ever that will be...

If you are near the Pirate ship, you can get dancers also at one of the camps South and East of the Pirate ship.

And yes, there are drinks you can make with the Oven to get rid of corruption. I forget where you get the recipe, but I 'think' it is in the large Dafari camp near the middle of the desert built in the ancient ruins.

Still, a Dancer is easier to acquire.

There is a potion, the purple one that clears everything. Cant remember the name. The other way is to drop all of your items in a box and remove your bracelet. This clears all corruption.

Removing bracelet does not clear corruption

Yes cureal, thats it. And removing your bracelet kills you and does clear corruption, try it sometime :)
