How do you get lantern shield?

It's one of those items you can only get by admin panel or console command.

Well if it's the lantern shield we know is a bit a head of time in is origin. But I guess would be nice to have a shield with light source when you fight in the night. But in it will be a weapon it self as well then if is anything like the original.
