I believe it's either the printscreen key, or F12 on steam.

Potentially both, or neither, depending on what your ingame hotkeys are set to be.

Lol and if Steam is being a turd, there's always the good ol' Ctrl+Print Scr and then paste into MS paint and crop haha.

I tried that first, but it gave me a screenshot of my desktop underneath the game lol

Fullscreen tends to do that.

Open the Steam client. Go to the View menu, click Screenshots. It will open a new window with all the screenshots you took. Find the one you want, click on 'Show on disk' to open its folder.
