Ok, I've talked to Batttleye people and I get the same freaking run around. Its my system. Alright, I guess it could have been, even though I can play every other game I have, with the exception of ARK who by the way also uses Battleye. I have tried every possible fix posted, and thought out. I did have a hidden maleware I found, Thanks for that. But, even though my error has changed, the fact remains I cant play the game because of Battleye. I can play it without Battleye, no problem seeing servers and starting a charactor, just cant actually play the game once creation is done, without having battleye on.

I did some research, Not only is Conan affected by this and ARK, but Arma 2, Planetside 2, Rainbow 6 and quite possibly a lot more I don't know about. I know you like to blame our systems and have us adjust our computers to be able to accomodate YOUR Battleye program. But, shouldnt it be that YOU adapt YOUR system to accomodate our computers? Or, is that just too hard for you, and much easier for you to have US jumping through hoops, messing with our computers, spending time posting for help etc. instead of playing Conan? Personally, I think you at Battleye have this backwards, and I think the Devs at Conan should look for another provider that will provide a good product that doesnt cause this angst for its consumers.

To the Devs, How about allowing me to play without Battleye.. If its just me without it, you know who to come to if there is cheating! :)

You can play without BattlEye, I do all the time. Just restricts yourself to singe player, co-op or unofficial servers.

Hm, I've tried to play single player, it just says its going to take a few minutes to prepare charactor, then never does. The unofficial servers don't show up for me either. Now, I havent spent anytime trying to figure this out, so this time it could very well be my ignorance in how to go about this. I am not a computer geek, so if there is things that I am supposed to do behind the scenes, i'm not doing them.

Loading times vary on your computer and how much is in the world. But if it's your first time playing, it very well could be your computer is lacking oompf.

About how much time are you giving the loading screen? What are your system specs?

What's your graphics card?

I would say that is a sufficient wait time, unless you have outdated drivers or hardware.

M? You meana you're on a laptop?

Laptops lack the power needed to run quite a few games properly.

dunno, I don't think so. I can play other games that need oomph. I can/could play it if I didnt have battleye on. it allowed me on right away with servers to start charactor. And would have started just fine if it didnt stop me to again download battleye.
