i am having trouble finding them i already know that there is many at the nw city but is there anyother place i can find them in? thanks for the help

pirate ship and nearby camp, middle of the map at some of those darfari camps as well.

You can also find them in "dog town" in the ruined arena area, where the werehyenas roam.

They are so many named ones in NW city why go anywhere else?

I got Bali the breaker the first try from wheel of pain in the south of city

They don't currently do anything, so no point really.

Many named NPCs give you access to unique recipes.

taskmaster are found every were more then 10 know locations and still finding more

The taskmasters I get are just named after they're race (like Nordheimer, Hyborian, etc). Do those do anything in particular or are they just normal taskmasters?

I got Olena the Oathkeeper, a legendary taskmaster (lvl 4) seems like it speeds up the process if you put it on a slave wheel (not sure though).

Yes, taskmasters speed up thrall conversion time just like thralls inside the other crafting stations. They extend fuel burn time, too. However, for cook type thralls (cook, smelter, tanner, taskmaster) there seems to be no difference between levels 1/2 and 3/4 respectively.

what is Olena good for?

East of the big Yog temple right before the bluff leading down to the river, there's a Darfari camp and right near the entrance of the camp, there's a "Darfari Slaver" that spawns frequently in T2 or T3. That's where I usually go to get my Taskmaster.
