console command emote?

I've been learing emotes from npcs but while reading a web site I noticed some of the ones I want (like sit on ground) are console commands. What does this mean exactly? Do I need admin rights on the server to use them or can players use console commands?

Here is a small list I could find, hope helps you :)

PS: You need to be Admin to use this in the console "learn dance" as an example

You can learn them via console, but therefore you need to be admin.
To learn the kneel emote you need to press enter and type "learnemote kneel"

You can trigger emotes via console.
Simply press enter then type "/emote kneel"

You can use "LearnEmote [EmoteName]" in the console menu in order to force your character to learn the emotes without needing to go look for them in the game. However you do need to be admin in order to make this work.

It should also be mentioned that some of the emotes on the list in the wiki are currently not available to players ("Hide" and "Tinkering" for instance). There are also more emotes in the game now than in this list.

Cheer is missing from that list.
Also Flirt 2, Shift weight, and Wounded don't seem to be given by any journal. May have missed one, but I believe I followed them all to their ends. Also why does Sanus of Ophir have a female ghost?

Is there any plan to make StartEmote work with all emotes? Very useful as you can add them to the 5 command slots. While we're at it, more command slots please! Currently it only works with the original 5 or so emotes.

I actually spent my last three days off hunting emotes, sorta like my own little mission away from fighting and building. It was quiet fun..plus found some interesting lore and locations.
