Can I tame that dude? I thought that was just to change religion? I am level 50 and have the tier 3 alter, just can't find a high priest :/

From the Black Flag ship, go north, using the bridge, and as soon as you step on land (you should see a camp directly in front of you; ignore it) turn left and try to find a rock bridge formation that connects to another stony hill, and behind it there should be a large camp, where a priest usually spawns. It can be setite, yoggite or mitrean, so keep trying! I hope this help! :-)

are you talking about the ship far north east?

I mean the location between the hills that looks like a ship with sails. There's usually a priest in the camp north-west from it. There should be 5-7 npcs there, and a chest. Middle of nowhere, really, so look between sand dunes.
